Curtain to rise on new BrassPass.tv solo series
Brass music fans keen to get their ‘fix’ of high quality music making should wait no longer, as BrassPass.tv prepares to launch its new series of solo recitals.
As reported previously in British Bandsman, In the Spotlight is supported by Arts Council England and will see many of the brass band world’s renowned performers showcasing their talents.
The first recital will be made available on Friday, August 14, featuring Geneva artist and ambassador, Richard Marshall, principal cornet of Black Dyke Band. August 21 will see a new recital showcasing the talent of the band’s principal trombone player, Brett Baker, followed by repiano player Adam Neild on August 28, with more being posted every Friday for brass music fans to enjoy from the safety and comfort of home.
